TASTING NOTES
Hacienda Calavia Reserva 2013 presents perfectly as a cherry garnet colour.
On the nose we detect aromas of balsamic, spices and coca followed by minerals, and subtle woody notes acquired by the wine during the maturation process in the oak casks. Underlying, is a constant reminder of strawberry and blackberry, producing a well structured, elegant, round, and intense sensation in the mouth.
Optimum serving temperature: 16 – 18ºC
