COMPOSITION

100% Monastrell grapes.

Fermentation and maceration in stainless Steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

After malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak, then, depending on the characteristics of the harvest, it is transferred into stainless steel tanks for a determined period of time, until its bottled depending on the characteristics of the grape that has been harvested that year.

It has been produced with no added sugar.

This wine contains only one preservative: Sulphur dioxide (E 220)

TASTING NOTES

The Monastrell grapes that have been used for the elaboration of this wine come from vineyards situated in limestone soils with an altitude of 650 to 800m above sea level.

It is a complex and powerful wine on the nose, with very attractive fruit aromas and hints of new oak.

Well balance, intense and flavorsome in mouth, with a long finish.
